Here is one of the pictures which I took last year in my brand new maxi skirt. Notice its color - tangerine tango! Tangerine tango is the IT COLOR this year. It got to the point that when I was shopping this weekend in Soho girls stopped using the color "orange."Everything is tangerine. "Do you have this dress in tangerine?" - I would hear it in stores. Orange is dead. LOL
If you are a designer, you'd better mix in some red in your orange dresses or they won't sell as fast as all the tangerines.
Ha!
Now check out one of the looks from the Bestey Johnson Fall 2012 collection at the New York Fashion Week. She's pairing orange and pink. Oh sorry sorry, no more orange, forgive me - she's pairing tangerine and pink. Nice!
Is tangerine going to stay with us for the fall?
