Perfect Reading Room, Shabby Chic at QVC, Vertical Gardens and Happy Socks

♥♥♥
If a picture of a perfect room exists this one is very close. If the view could be replaced by the ocean with the breaking waves, it would be my dream room

♥♥♥
I'm just in love with the shabby chic look. It gives the room this airy feeling. Check out the Treasures by Shabby Chic collection for QVC. The accent table is from the collection. Nothing better than affordable beautiful looking shabby chic.

I love this vertical garden in Madrid, Spain, the trees look so lush. Maybe that's the way they prefer to grow... via Flight 001

♥♥♥
Have a laugh with best of Craigslist posts. I bet most of them are from New York...

If you're as crazy about awesome socks and tights as I am check out happy socks
The ones featured are sold out but I'll keep checking

Oh my it's been so long that I've shared my shopping obsessions that my Pinterest is overboarding.
I decided to create a board Odd but Great. Among featured are Alexander Wang, Diani Boutique, DVF, Rag and Bone and Marc by Marc Jacobs.

♥♥♥
And speaking of Alexander Wang... this is one of his looks for Fall 2011. This is the guy who comes up with cape heels, rose gold accents on accessories and does them perfectly - he's as always very innovative, and surprising. Love this look, I'd totally go for these cozy looking sunglasses. The whole look is just very winter appropriate.

Red Louboutins and Bordeaux Matchmaking

They have arrived. I have finally found my perfect pair - my first Louboutins. A few observations: the red sole gets scratched. I'm not sure why I got surprised by it, the soles do get scratched - I guess you'd have to not wear them outside to prevent it.
The second observation is... these shoes are comfortable from the first wear! No need to break them in. Just get a good size and you're good to go - I ordered 1/2 size larger than I normally wear, they run small.

Alice and Olivia dress, Prada bag, Christian Louboutin shoes.
I got many questions about my tights... They're from a tiny boutique selling Japanese tights on University Place in New York.

The Bordeaux Matchmaking event was a lot of fun. It was at the Cipriani Wall Street. We had to fill out a questionnaire to find out what Bordeaux variety was our best match. We got to taste, chat and dance. My favorite was Bordeaux Chateau Bel Air 2006.
