Lists for Life, Efficiency Experts with Killer Shoes and Lots of Post-it Notes

If you like the tiles in this hotel bathroom, you can make your own. All you need is a stack of post-it notes. Keep Life Simple was the title of the event yesterday morning organized by awesome the folks from Laforce Stevens. There were lifestyle and planning, sustainability and parenting experts, who chatted with us about their books and how they use post-it notes. All that to Keep Life Simple. We also had a chance to see the new post-it products.

My favorite author at the event was Rory Tahari. She wrote a book full of essential lists - from how to efficiently pack your carry on, your boxes when you move to what to take on a weekend trip, etc.  Rory moved 31 times in her life and that alone makes her an expert. It looks like this efficiency pro is also as a shoe lover. Check out the nude pair of awesome sandals she's wearing.

Playing the Drums on Graffiti Suitcases

 

 He is playing the drums or rather he is playing the suitcases! Maybe to prove the sturdiness of Tumi bags but it definitely did make an impression. These awesome suitcases are the new Tumi line, which I had a chance to preview at a party lest week sponsored by Tumi and Don Julio tequilla. Tumi partnered with a graffiti artist John "Crash" Matos to launch the "Tumi TAG" charity auction. His works inspired the new Tumi TAG Limited Edition Collection.

Galloping Horses and Love for New York

I'm not sure why but the pictures of the city where I live make me nostalgic. I look at them as if they  were some kind of a dream, not realizing fully that I live here. After 12 years of living in New York most things still surprise and amaze me. Are you in the place where you want to live?

Ever since the famous Miu Miu season with the great sparrow pattern, I've been in love with animal prints, done of course in a tasteful way. I love these horses and their movement.
